Refund policy
We believe every purchase should meet our standard of presence and purpose. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, drinkware (mugs, insulated cups) and digital products are final sale unless defective.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at jet.default@jetlionapp.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll prioritize getting the right product to you.
